Does anybody have any experience with this program?

I have googled it etc... however there are like 100 different programs.

Does anyone have any experience with this program?

If so could anybody post their experience?

Do you mean German Volume Training? Basically it's ten sets of ten reps, and you typically do three compound exercises a session.

I've used it, and liked the results, but it's tough. For some reason, sets 7 and 8 seem to be the worst, and the ones where you are most likely to hit failure. Set 10 is easy peasy.

I got the best results from any programme i've even done from a german body comp.
Body fat just fell off, and got very lean from it.
You need to follow it to the letter though - tempo, rest periods (i.e. none), and exercises. its fairly short too in terms of time needed.
    Highly recommend it.

Can I ask what your routine was or where you got it from or anything?

I am finding multiple versions online and cannot figure out which would be the best or are they all roughly the same?

I tended to do two heavy compounds and a light one in my program, all supersetted. So perhaps a set of squats, followed by a set of stiffleg deadlifts, followed by shoulder press. Repeat ten times with no rests between.
