Getting rid of beer belly

    Can anyone give me tips for getting rid of a "beer belly"?

    I am on a diet and have been exercising regularly but still have a small pot belly.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    How long have you been dieting and exercising for?

    My advice to you is this:

    It probably took you years to get the belly, so it'll take more than a few months to get rid of it!

    Getting a hot body is a long term lifestyle choice. :)

    How much are you drinking now?

    What is your height/weight/diet/exercise routine? Give more info.
