Anyone else realised something isn't quite right with their life?

My girlfriend is gone to the pub with some of her mates and some of mine. I couldn't be bothered going out tonight, just finished work and did some shopping then came home.

Anyway, it's now 12:50am here, I'm sat at home baking a cake for a birthday tomorrow and my girlfriend is out drinking.

Anyone else having a weird moment in their life?
