Why is it a big deal if fifty cent does it but not any other actor who has gone through similar changes??
Hes already after starting to put the weight back on

He removed the tattoos from his arm cos he thought they were stopping him getting other roles in movies

just an observation but where are his tats gone on his arm??? look at the skinny picture then the healthy one where all his tats are on show...is this a real picture or a doctored one it is the sun paper after all

what do you mean by that, they do make the same "big deal" about other actors who do similar stuff. Like Christian Bale as above, or De Niro putting on weight for raging bull, or Will Smith training for Ali or the lads in 300. Tom Hanks lost weight for roles but the difference is not as dramatic as a muscular person losing it, but Hanks still did get media going on about it.
