    Hi all,
I have recently been cutting down on the carbs and managed to lose a stone bringing my BMI to 20. I am aware this is within a healthy range, but I still have a considerable amount of fat around my stomach and thighs while my shoulders and legs are quite skinny. Basically I am wanting to tone these areas and want to know what is the best exercise for this. At the moment I have a moderately phsical job and walk for an hour a day.
    Any ideas would be appreciated!!

    Hi,
You can't spot treat with any exercise to lose fat from those specific areas, Your bmi is fine although it isn't always the most accurate way of calculating health, anyway. your best bet wold be to get yourself a good weight lifting routine. If you don't have access to a gym you can do plenty of bodyweight exercises at home, In theory this would, over a period of time, cause you to lose the fat and gain some muscle giving you an overall better look
