    i think for weights side of it all you really need is a squat rack and bench (some change from one into the other) and a olympic bar and a heap of weights and dbells that you can change.
    I got a leverage machine from vjs sports but you really dont need it. for strength and weight conditioning the bar and weights is enough, i tihink anyway.

    havent a clue about cardio stuff so no point even suggesting something

    yea i have a olympic bar already and the squat rack looks good


    the bench i have would be a cheaper version of this

    looks alright, training at home can be good at times, just want to be careful u dont get caught under a weight u cant manage

    the VJs home fitness looks quite good do you know are more good websites for buying equipment ?

    im also looking for some posters that show streches before and after a workout.
