    I have found Steve Turano's blog very good and was just wondering what you all thought of these two as a home workout?

    Also, Does anyone know of any good dumbell sets that are a decent price??

    Depends on your goals, wouldn't be my thing, curling the same weight your squatting is only going to go so far. You'd be better off super setting some of those exercises instead of a circuit imo.
