Does anyone know of an aerobics class in the Dublin city centre area? Don't want to join a gym, just do an aerobics class once or twice a week.

SV Fitness in the IFSC have alot of classes - Spinning, Step Aerobics, Ab Scuplt - they charge €15/class or they are free if you have a membership. I think the monthly rate is €50 or €300 for the year - I got to 3 classes a week and totaly get my moneys worth! They are great!
