Does anybody have any stories about their experiences with Educogym?

I'm doing some research on it and am hearing mixed reports. It is expensive, but they do seem to promise big results fast.

I've always been a very skinny guy irrespective of how much food I ate- Is educogym my solution to guns of steel??

Hello lad,im the same as you, skinny chap and wanted to gain a bit of weight and gain muscle, the part i found difficult was the diet, got very sick during it,an awful lot of stuff to take including eating nearly every two hours..very expensive too.the work out sounds short but the push you to your limit in the short space of time..

Honestly... Starting Strength or StrongLifts, and couple it with a good diet and the GOMAD (Gallon Of Milk A Day) diet and the size will LUMP on ya.

Could you tell us what your average day's diet is?

I have no doubt if you aimed for 4000 - 5000 calories from good food per day you'd pile on the weight.
