Anybody know of a good site that gives an accurate monthly or so High Tides times list for South East, in particular River Suir?

I saw a brilliant one before but i can't find it.

This will give you the rest of the year http://www.sailing.ie/inside/default.asp?pageId=588 These tables are for Dunmore East.
I think Cheekpoint is + 10min with Carrick-on-suir another hour[ish]. Somebody with local knowledge might post more accurate details!
