    Well done! Still in awe of your on the go calculations. I tried to work out my 400 splits at 5k pace for this Thursday's session while walking up the stairs and I got a raging headache!
    Mostly in awe of your rock solid race of course...and you make it sound so easy...


    Now no going back to sleep :D
