Venue on Southside

I'm looking for a venue for a Burlesque/birthday/party night in October. Preferably free and would need to be at least the size of the function room upstairs at The Odeon. Did one there before but access for unloading is really bad. Have people coming from Bray and Blackrock so not really looking for anything northside.

Happy to hire a GAA/Rugby/Football club or other community venue. But ideally something like Harcourt Hotel. (again access terrible!)

Would need a bar and preferably late licence til 1AM

You could try the like's of the Kestral in Walkinstown or Maybe Thomas Davis GAA club in Tallaght, both close to M50 and room is cheap enough...

Thanks Modified-IRL, was looking for something more accessable by usual transport or on the train/dart routes, also the event is for people in media/PR/advertising, so looking for somewhere more central to Dublin. Temple Bar, Sandymount, Merrion Road area. Thanks anyway will pass on the details.
