    Hi all,

I need a straight-forward way to resize images using public computers.

I've tried http://www.photoshop.com just now and it would be great except that I was prompted to install Adobe Air (I'm not entirely sure why...I may have been able to opt out but didn't). Installing on public computers mightn't always be an option...

Does anyone have experience using Photoshop.com or recommend any other browser-based resizers?

thumba.net is one i've come across recently and very easy.

Also, have you considered portableapps.com ??? Install a truck load of applications that run from your usb thumb drive. Lots of apps here including the Gimp portable.
