    porb get an answer quicker....most of us on here are more than likely going to be seen joining to angus burgers together to make kcals than buying a smoothie :P

    Generally no.
    They look great and healthy, but are very high in calories. They are better than softdrinks biut water is best.

    Also, the difference between the lowest cal and the highest cal smoothie at smoothie bars is huge.
    A good place should have nutri-info, have a read and the lowest calories ones are likely ok.

    Make your own smoothies. I use frozen fruit you can get from Tesco or ALdi as well as a frozen mix of carrot, brocolli and cauliflower. Mix with some juice and water in a blender. Taste great. The veg taste is overpowered by the berries etc. If your trying to lose weight then yoghurt wouldn't be great in there. A banana would also raise the calorie count by 100.
