2 Day workout recommendations?

after letting things go towards the end of last year, I got stuck back into the gym with a vengeance in the New Year, and I'm pretty happy with the results to date.
Kept to a fairly strict regiment of 3 resistance training sessions a week (Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays), plus at least one visit to the pool and a light kickabout after work on thursdays.

I'm rejoining the summer tag rugby team I played with last summer, so I'm giving up my Wednesday night resistance workout, and was wondering if anyone could recommend a two day workout for the rest of the summer?

I'm 6 foot, with a 34 inch waist. My long term goal is to get down below 88kg for a friend's wedding in late December. Started at 97 in January and am currently around 94kg. I think I've lost mass, if not a lot of weight (if that makes any sense?) since clothes are fitting me better. Definitely a lot fitter than I was this time last year, after the first tag rugby game I was feeling fine, last year I was sweating heavily and wheezing like an asthmatic!

    diet is
Breakfast: Muesli, brown bread toast and orange juice
    Lunch: Salad, on brown bread
Afternoon snack: fruit, usually apples, but sometimes oranges or bananas
Dinner: varies from week to week, usually two days of mince or beef, two of chicken, two of vegetarian meal (ex-gf is a veggie and learned a few meals) with one cheat night of a takeaway
