was using some free weights in the gym on mon and was sitting on an incline bench using them. not sure exactly what happened but just as i was finishing and getting up i felt my left knee jut to the side slightly. nothing major, i was able to go for a swim after and bar a little niggle was fine. since yesterday its been a bit sore though, i can walk on it fine but didn't go to training last night and am wondering if i should go tomorrow???
not looking for professional medical advice but thinking rest and maybe anti-inflammitories should do the trick or if anyone has any other advice let me know!
    cheers

Dude, the rule is not "no professional medical advice" its "no medical advice".

If someone advises you to take anti-inflam meds and you have some serious cartilage issue then there is a possible liability.

What he said. If you're concerned you should get some professional advice.
