Folks, wonder if someone can advise me - is it best to grind up seeds and sprinkle into food? Quite like crunching into them whole but are the really tiny ones digested at all like that?

you should always grind them(do your self as they are fresher) the bigger ones like pumpkin and sunflower are fine if you chew them well but in general we do not equipped to mechanically break them down
