    Hi there. Another thread and yet another noob :)

    I'm a 20 year old male (5ft 7) looking for some advise regarding getting started with gym work.

    When I was 17 I used to gym quite allot, fitness, and some weights. School along with many personal issues just killed my motivation. Now after almost 12-13 months of doing absolutely f*** all I am looking to get back to the gym.

    My aim is to bulk up, regain some upper body strength and get moderately fit. I'm from Kilkenny and will be joining Hotel Kilkenny (free membership woop woop).

    I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to eat properly (spent those 12 months almost famished dropped from 14 stone to 11 and a half) fruit, protein etc

    So... where do I start in regards to which gym equipment and methods? :pac:
