Exercises to help me achieve goals

    Ok guys these are the goals that im going for, all attainable but what i need is exercises to go with them to help attain the goals instead of just doing the 3 exercises over and over again.

    Bench - Aim 1 Rep 100 kg currently do 3 sets of 5 reps of 70kg
    Wide grip pull up - Aim 3 sets of 5, currently can only manage 3,2,1
    Chin Up - Aim 3 sets of 10, currently can only manage 7,5,5

    Any advice to achieve these goals would be appreciated
