Target Earth is like a sort of 21st century Iron Man, with Korgull attacking the cyber systems and technocracy and thus destroying a world so dependant. Snake sounds a bit like ozzy too imo

Mongrain (Chewy) has Piggy's style down pretty good, but he's been an absolute monster of a guitarist long before the Voivod gig. And he's played with some high profile bands already, namely Gorguts and Cryptopsy, while his own band, Martyr, deserve to be way bigger than they are.

I didnt know his work, with said bands but he has certainly given voivod a new lease of life and is an amazing talent also for getting into guitar due to denis.

actually this, came up from the Hellfest in clisson and should as a reminder for fans of two of the more popular bands just how respected voivod are in their unique niche of not having being that popular themselves. and Anselmo even got to duet with Slayer; recently so is doing the rounds. No band is safe........
