Yup its real meat, I've seen them skewering up fresh ones for the shish. OH is a connoisseur of kebabs and he used to swear a place called Kaleli Kebab in Tralee was the best place in the planet but now he says Turkuaz are, simply because their lamb is real meat and not those strips of brown stuff doubling as meat.
