    I've been trying to lose weight and get fit over the last three months...

    Currently weight approx 15.5 stone (down from 17.5) and run approx. 5 miles, 3 times per week. I'm 6 Ft 3.

    I enjoy running but want to add some variety so I a) maintain and continue weight loss and b) tone up.

    Any suggestions? Don't mind going to gym 1/2 a week but have no real experience with weights. No bicycle currently.

    Any guidance would be good!!
