I'm concerned my arms are getting too big, I do weights twice a week and someone pointed out there other day, I'm worried they'll get bigger and I my t-shirts will get too small.

Your arms will most likely not get too big.
If they do, then either your tshirts are too small to begin with or you are some kind of genetic freak.

Its hard to put on a lot of muscle.

stretch marks are badass and all but they don't mean you've grown a lot of muscle. (obviously there was no real unit of measurement involved so its all quite subjective.)

Well they're also quite tight in my t shirts now too and work shirts.. So they've definitely grown.
Also the weights i've been lifting have almost doubled..
I dunno, i've always found it easy to get big.. Don't understand any other way!

If people get fat they buy new jeans that fit, or else stop eat so much. You can just buy new t-shirts or stop training them. I don't think I have ever seen anybody in real life who I would have pointed out as having arms that are "too big". Who was this person saying it, and in what context, could it have even been a pisstake? It sounds like you are only starting out so I doubt you have 24" pythons on you, I could picture somebodys mother or GF saying a guys arms are getting too big, under the illusion that if he keeps it up in 3 weeks he will look like a bodybuilder.

There is a calculator here of ideal grecian sizes based on your wrist measurement. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drobson207.htm

I remember another poster had the same issue (celestial i think) and he proceeded to put pictures up of his arms. Invariably after seeing the pics posted, it wasn't the case!

    Perhaps put some pics up?

Cardio is key to gaining lean muscle, switch your training run more if your really at a good fitness level, try sprinting over long periods helps your endurance i.e. your muscles will adapt.

I don't have a pic of them unforunately, perhaps training my upper body twice a week and not concentrating on legs is a factor?

    Yea!

Once measured...add a cup of aspargus and half an onion. Stirr til boiled and leave out to dry. Once dry turn right by stephen's green.

Technically speaking, you should be referring to them as "your guns" if they are indeed as big as you say

Not accusing you, but most people who double up on the upperbody exercises and completely ignore their legs, they only do it to look badass. They just turn into Johnny Bravo though
