    Keep meaning to get some grains and make some of this stuff. Never got round to it though. ya can also make "water kefir" out of "Tibicos". Presumably they're all similar to those probiotic yoghurts. You can also get it in some eastern european stores.

    You can't get the life grains anywhere unless someone gives them to you as far as I know

    That's really cool, I have been meaning to procure some kefir grains now that I have access to raw milk.

    I just take it because it has a really noticeably positive effect on my digestion.
