Just got in a few minutes ago and my god is it baltic out there. So i decide to check on me pooter and th'tinternets tell me it is currently 2 C in Dublin. Two. TWO!?!?!?!?!?! What the frick is it May or what ?? i tihnk there's been two days all year that qualify as 'a bit warm'. I never remember a year so consistently cold.

What I want to know is - Which one of you did this ? Who left bits of marmalade in the butter and pissed off the Volcano God ???? What are BP doing about this ? Has the sun also been hit by the recession and been forced to make cut-backs ??

Edit: And who sunk my battleship ???

Climate Change is still not right. The Climate is not changing, its just moving.

Climate Movement is more technically correct. Although, that wouldn't be suitable for revenue generating purposes.

Ireland's economy is broken, so we've swapped our country with Iceland. Oh wait...

It wasn't BP's fault; it was GP's fault.

An old man I know saw it snowing in the middle of June and August in 1944 in Ireland. This is all linked to the massive decline in solar activity add to that the continous eruptions of Eyjafjallajökull in Iceland for the last month and this will probably be one of our cooler summers ever, it will however be far dryer as Polar lows send cool air down from the North and the usual wet weather from the Gulf gets funnelled far south towards the Azores.

One thing though is that last winter was just a test run for the extreme cold that we will be facing the 2010/2011 winter. There will be parts of Ireland with snow on the ground for 4 months instead of 6 weeks and temperatures will plummet to -30c the UK will fare even worse. The land has been continously perished since the summer of 2006 with the summers of 2006, 2008 and 2009 all wetter than each other and no geothermal heat is stored in the ground.

Im pretty sure he meant man made climate change. It all revolves around solar activity, but the last time they tried to tax the sun it didnt quite pan out. So somebody came up with a great idea...

I've noticed the cold the past week too, usually by this time, I've gotten rid of my extra blanket on my bed but nope, not this year.

This better mean we're in for a deadly summer...
