Just wondering does anyone ahave any apinions or experience on which is the better of the 2 programs, Westside for skinny bastards or Built like a badass!

Bit of background, was doing 5/3/1 up until 6wks ago when i injured myself. Was 15st(12%bf) all my lifts were going grand and was gettin good gains out of protein and a clean but high calorie diet, between 4-5000 cals a day. I plan on doing SS for 10wks to get my lifts back up, dont know what state there in after 6wks off, and the moving on to ws4sb or blaba as this time ill be doing cardio alongside the weights program, i didnt with the 5/3/1 the last time. Ill be taking creatine monohydrate alongside protein, 85-90% clean diet and maybe one night of beer a month!! Cardio is Hiit(x3/wk) and 4(x1/wk) and 6(x1/wk) mile runs

If you were 15stone at 12% bf with 531 is there any need to change it? Surely going it would be more sensible to going back to what was working for you.

yea that makes sense, but i need to be able to run for work and at 15st that just wasnt practical!! Im not looking to stay at 15st or even get any heavier, if anything i need to get lighter, whilst at the same time get the most out of my lifts.
