    No idea :confused:...

    I want to join a gym I used to be very very fit but that long since gone Id like to get back to my old fitness level.
    I've no idea when you join a gym what exactly happens? I've never been in a gym, I just did lots of sport, But the gym is more accesable then some of the sports I do and 10 minute walk away from my house.

    I currently weight about 10 stone, 6.1 I've always been really skinny and have a huge motablisim...

    Ive got some injurys the doc says im fine to do sport, with in moderation, No \agresive sports that can damage me. Tho the gym is fine.

    So where do I start... Do I need to change my diet? I would like to bulk up if possible...

    Oh and whats your motivation for keeping up your routine?


    So any help would be cool
