First time I did 2.6km in 6m 29s, average 24 kph, average power 330w, average HR 169 (about 4 or 5 in Group 2 were a few seconds faster)
Second time 6m 57s, 22.2 kph, 314w, HR 169 (some were probably 20s+ faster this time round)
