    Please!

I butchered my back yesterday at the gym,
I did it before.. and did something to my hipflexors..

but when i went home from my shift last night i was checkin my back out in the mirror

    *giggidy giggidy*:D

my whole hip looks like its leaning to one side and im standing straight!

I know its my back muscles working together to support the injured ones.

But its hideous and not to forget so painful!
My usual physio cant see me until the weekend,
But i want it sorted and seen to like.. Today!

So physio in the North Dublin area ?

    please

    :(

    Hi Shakencat

Sorry to hear about the injury. Hope you are sorted quickly and back to full health.

Can't help with a physio in North Dublin. However even though I am also a North Dubliner, I always travel to Brian Thomas, who is based in Dun Laoghaire (about 5-10 minutes from dart station, at side of Royal Marine Hotel). He has sorted me out on a number of occasions and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone.

If you don't find anybody suitable in North Dublin and would like his contact details, you can check out his web site here http://www.biofitsystems.com/about.html

    Best Regards,

    M
