hey everyone...this post more so for the ladies i think! here goes. Im 26 yrs old and am 5ft 1. In mid Jan i joined weight watchers and started going to gym 4 times a wk. I have lost 2 and a half stone which i am thrilled about but my big problem area (tummy) still isnt toned! in addition to gym i do 100 sit ups every day on an exersise ball and i do reverse crunches as well as planks, obliques and push ups!

im annoyed that my tummy still isnt firmer etc! has anyone had simliar issues or has anyone got advice? thanks!

You were obviously over two and a half stone overweight to begin with.
    Keep at it. :)

You're wasting your time doing these. You cannot target an area to make it lose weight.

How much cardio do you do per week?
How much weight lifting do you do per week?
What is your average diet like, and how much junk food (including alcohol) do you consume per week?
