    Coffee?

    I'm not being funny, coffee is a good source of anti-oxidants, and it's wake-up effects are well known.

    Also, water, possibly with some lemon juice. Or green tea. Or Yerbe mate.

    And of course, a good breakfast.

    not being funny either but.. FOOD. Its normal enough to feel a little sluggish in the mornings until you eat something. other than that some good ground coffee
