No idea, they don't tell you anything about the diet. But I can probably guess that it's gonna be one or a combo of the following:

    Low GI/GL
    Low Carb
    Low Fat
    Low Calorie

There's info on the web on how to any of the above diets for free. I'm a great believer in buying a book and following the rules to the letter, but $97? Ouch!

Can't see how they could have any information in there that couldn't be found elsewhere for much much less.

Yes, for the first time in history you can actually lose fat incredibly fast,
gain calorie-burning lean muscle at the same time, and finish with a metabolism
faster than when you first began. And you'll do it in just 25 short days.

Come on, you know it's bullshit so why bother asking.

Strategic "Cheat Days" in which you indulge your most intense cravings and purposefully abandon your diet can be used to offset the adaptations to extreme dieting.

ie; Starve yourself thin for four days, eat whatever you want the fifth day. Starve yourself for four days, eat whatever on the fifth day, rinse repeat.

Could probably work. If you've got a day of eating whatever you want to look forward to, then you may keep to the diet for the four days. That is assuming that on the fifth day, you'll eat loads of crap, but will fill up quicker cos you weren't eating much the four prior days.

Can't help but feel that if you starve for four days, and then go crazy on a mega eating binge on day five, that you might just be adding on the calories you took off in the earlier days.

ie; you'll be starving and eating like crazy.. and it'll all just balance out and not help!?

Doesn't sound too bad. Though to be honest, I wouldn't trust anything that makes a 25lbs in 25 days promise, and has a message prompting you to stay on their site when you try to X out of it. All seems fairly shoddy to me, personally).

Ah 'tis just carb-cycling with intermittent fasting thrown in. There's tonnes of stuff on that for free online, no need to fork over money. It also sounds far more complicated than it needs to be really.

I don't think a refeed day should be an excuse to mainline pizza and sugary ice-cream. It might allow you reach your fat loss goals but it will do damage long term nonetheless. Plus men might get away with cheat days but women only seem to get away with isolated cheat meals, speaking from experience.

Here's a free PDF of the anabolic diet, that does low carb alternated with refeeds, chuck an odd fast in and you have the same thing for nothing:
