Cant connect - nat at strict - Help

Hey lads I haven’t played mw2 in a while I was trying to connect to a game last night and it wouldn’t I tried again today and the same problem happened. I noticed that the Nat is at strict . How do I change that? I had no problem before. I use an eircom router. Thanks

Hey lads

I always have to run an xbox live test and it always opens it up. There must be an easier way. Ports are opened as per instructions but i need to keep it open all the time
