Nom nom nom...just discovered these and can't stop eating them!
Thet're so delicious and versatile. I've been having them with hummous and brie,
philadelphia and ham, gotas cheese, plain old butter etc etc

I am under no illusions that these are healthy but am just wondering does anyone know exactly how nutritious these are at all?

Are they good for you by any chance??? Please!!!!

I know my toppings are all high fat but I'm having these as a treat (although I do eat about 8 in one sitting and still call it a 'snack')

    Cheers!
