    Hi Guys,

As the title says does anyone have any idea what a typical snack box or 100g values of a snack box are.

    cheers

Snack Boxes vary greatly so I'd say 'roughly' anywhere between 800 -1000 calories.

i weighed one before(much to the bemusement of my family).400g of chips and the chicken with skin and bone came to bout 300g(i re weighed the leftover bones)which made the chicken come to about 180g.

I think i need to get out more

Forget it. If you're going to be eating snack boxes regularly, no amount of calorie counting will save you. If you're going to have one once in a blue moon, then just enjoy it, and start back on your diet the following day - no real harm done.

I would say the chips are 250kcal per 100g

in case anyone else wanted to know i used the link that rubadud posted and came up with 2228 calories,i weighed the chicken and chips so should be accurate enough, also includes a portion of curry sauce.

Its a lot when you work it out, prob take about 4 hours of running just to burn it off.

oh well,it was tastier than a lettuce sandwhich but definitely the last one till i reach 10%bf

So well over a days worth of food for some people? Wow, a guy I know would eat 3-4 snack boxes a week and he is stick thin, I can only imagine what his arteries look like.
