i eat 200 g of these per day

i keep between 2000 and 2500 Calories per day

are the aboveproductbad for dieting ?

they are not bad per se, but thrre isnt really a lot of nutritional value in them .. in terms of calories you could probably do worse and of course it depends on where the other 2000 odd calories are coming from .. you might be better off having them a couple of days per week and having something else instead on the other days.. it must get boring eating 200g of fries every day.. then again I dont like chips so maybe just imo

200g frozen or cooked? did you notice the values are almost 1.5 times the amount when cooked -due to moisture loss. In fact some of the chips have higher kcal values when baked compared to deep fried -since baking causes more moisture loss and so the fried ones are in effect diluted. Just something to watch out for calorie counters, it is always best to weigh before cooking since if you overcook them they will dry out more and be higher in kcal than quoted.

200g frozen or cooked either way is not a whole lot to worry about.

true, but 10 baked chips would be a lot less in grams than 10 equal sized deep fried chips.
And most people set portions by visual size, not weight.

(obviously you know this, but just in case some thought frying was better in some cases)

OP 200g is fine. But are you sure its 200g, which isn't a lot. Use a scales, don't guess.

actually just wondering, i eat skniny oven chips about 5 times week, i always have it with either a chicken fillet or fish or something its one thing i cant calculate

like in average how much would a portion be like lets say 20 chips or so, the chips are the size of mc donalds chips

    i just want a rough estimate :)

Weigh 20 chips and work out the values from the info on the bag

I would really recommend getting a scales. I am shocked with all the people on WW in the "how many points" thread, many are not weighing anything and are saying stuff like "my roll is 6 inches, how many points".

Chips will vary between brands but it is useful to weigh all foods, as the typical portions quoted on packs are usually tiny. If you are getting the same bag each time you might count how many goes you get from it, e.g. if you get 5 portions from a 1kg bag it is roughly 200g each time. A scales is easier and once you have things weighed you can eyeball them.

I would recommend salter scales. I have both these in work

The second one looks much nicer.
