I had a full regieme, including cla.
Apparently, on here there are a few critics of CLA....But as part of a regieme including hard training, protein and cla... it worked wonders.
Some people may argue its a placebo, and others say its a panacea, but i just know i liked the results i got before, so im trying for it again.

I just joined myprotein, btw, seems an interesting site, though i doubt i shall post too often. I see that you and a few others have it in your signature, is there any significance to that?

its only 4.95 as far as i'm aware of. think they made it a standard rate to Ireland considering all the custom they were getting.

oh and the my protein signatures your referring to are discount codes, you get 5% off if you use onw on your first order and the owner of the codes gets value points (or whatever there called), so pick someone you like!!!:D
