    Sunny and warm, scattered clouds.

Trying to rain but failing miserably. Enough to dampen the ground but nothing actually recorded yet. None the less, a mild feeling, gloomy evening with the occasional gust of up to 30mph. 10.6c and pressure on 1013.6mb. :)

Edit 9.40pm: some heavier bursts of rain at the moment at last!! Sky quite tortured looking at the moment :)

Dry in Castlebar until around 4pm,rained then until around 9,clearing up now, mostly dry with broken cloud.Noteable NW breeze in the clearance which will bring the ash back!!

In London we've had sunny intervals with the odd shower, though not more than a burst of rain. Temperatures seldom getting above 15c.

Breezy, mostly cloudy with the odd light shower in Castlebar in contrast with Strandhill(Sligo)where i was earlier which was mostly sunny,a different day altogether!!

So much for the early blast of "summer". Dull dull dull yesterday then wet, some pale blue starting to show through today.

edit, clear skies its summer :)

Mostly cloudy and first sticky warm day. Had a few blasts of sunshine earlier on and it felt really warm. If the sun was shining all day it would be a hot one.

Not sure how accurate this is but Sligo peaking at 23c today
