    Anyone know if anyone got caught for this absolute waste of a car/taxpayers money?

    Would this be a common occurance?

    It is where i am based.

    Not cars being burnt out though, tyres being slashed and windows broken yes.

    And thats while we are in the car looking at the people doing it!!
