Tea and caffeine levels

I usually drink tea every day ( no milk or sugar ), would have between 2-4 cups ( two mostly ). Am curious what the caffeine levels would be for this ? I try to stay nice and trim, and healthy, would drinking a lot of tea have an adverse effect on either of these ?

It would usually be Hampstead tea, good quality, green/black/white types. I don't really want massive caffeine levels in my system as well. Not really familiar with any cons ( if there are any ) of drinking tea.

Also, I have the same question regarding coffee. I don't drink it much, but would like to be aware of the effect it has.

If anything caffeine would tend to help you stay trim, not work against you. There are advantages and disadvantages to tea and coffee, but overall, there's more good than bad. Tea drinkers tend to have stronger bones, coffee drinkers tend to have lower rates of diabetes 2 and gallstones.
