Boards Cup IV Signup

It's that time of year again.
Details will follow when we have a handle on numbers, but for now:
-The tournament will start in week 1, last 10-12 weeks, pools followed by knockouts.
-Pools will be seeded, based on Boards Cup ranking for old teams, and BR rankings for new. Seeding and qualification weighting will be similar to last year. That means the strongest teams go into pool 1, which sends more teams to the top knockout.
-Managers are free to choose their intensity, but any intensity agreements made between managers will be enforced - any violations will mean an automatic 20-0, 4 try loss.
