CRAP diet change

    hi i'm just wondering... i have a rubbish diet at the mo, not getting any goodness into me at all so im wondering.......If i start eating healthy will i see a dramatic difference in my body just from not eating the crap?

    i just find im addicted to the sugar and cant stop, any tips on how to break it?? thanks!:)

    genrally have this on a normal day
    5 toasted pancakes
    6 digestive biscuits
    baked chicken
    orange juice
    packet of sweets
    3 slices ham
    chocolate bar
    glass of 7 up
    2 slices wholemeal toast
    oven baked chips

    well it would depend on your bodyshape now,if your metabolism is very fast u could be quite lean even with a bad diet(everyone knows someone who eats crap constantly and are very thin) but if your overweight cleaning the diet up could show very fast results,are you exercising at all?

    Well for one, you'd certainly feel much better!

    Take it one step at a time, replace the pancakes with porridge for breakfast, using fresh fruit for sweetness rather than heaps of sugar.

    Cut out the sweets and replace with nuts and fruit for energy. Leave out the fizzy drinks and have water or juice....

    P.S Do you not eat any veg at all?
