Andy Bolton Seminar in Ireland

We had massive interest initialy in the Andy Bolton seminar but nobody seems to be booking a place for the seminar.

If the date doesnt suite alot of people the seminar can and will be used , we are happy to try and accomodate people.

The location was going to be in the City West Hotel but if we dont have the nos then we wont book it.

Andy will do a 4 hour seminar with aprox 1 hr after to ask questions privatley.

He will also get you to squat on front of him and give you tips on how to maxamise technique.

This is a once of seminar so we want to get it right for us and you.

Please give us some feedback as to what you think.

Hi Liam

We had a huge reaction to start with then nothing you where one of a very few people who confirmed so we started thiking what is going on.

Alot of people pm d me (thanks for that) and alot of people said its very soon so we are looking at moving it back to June possably at the GPC Worlds in Limerick

This is not final and i will know in the next day or two.

Andy costs a fair wack to bring over so it has to attract a good crowd so we have to get it right.

I hope you understand we need people to confirm there attendence to make this happen.

Hi, I think the general hesitancy (from my perspective) is the unconfirmed details in relation to the seminar. My brother and I would certainly be interested in attending, but this depends on the date/ location of the seminar. This is why we (and perhaps others) have been hesitant.
If the date and location is 100% confirmed, i'd appreciate it if you would send on a PM, but i'll check this thread for updates regardless.

We have decided to move this seminar it will be held at the end of June in Limerick

This time tickets are sold numbered and corespond to seating at the venue

Andy will answer all questions asked

Subjects covered will be
Training Routines
Techniques - with demonstrations
nutrition and supplements
hints and tips for all 3 lifts
how to improve problem areas

Remember Andy did a 400kg+ deadlift at the weekend so we are hoping he will smash another record at this seminar where he will deadlift and has asked for 450kg of plates

ya it will be a weekend anyway. We are just confirming the details of the venue ect.
