Hi, You will have to excuse my ignorance as I know little or nothing about flight sim and I apoligise in advance if this is a really stupid question.

I was wondering if it's possible to listen in on virtual online traffic controllers like VATeir without being a member?

if so could you point me in the direction of software that might be needed?

I came across SquawkBox but it seems you need FS 2004 I was hoping to use some stand alone software.

Once you are registered on the VATsim network (www.vatsim.net)

you can logon using Euroscope or VRC (recommend Euroscope) and listen in. The Irish sector file is available on www.vateir.com
