Losing weight from backside?

    HI lads i train 4-5 times a week,i still find it hard to lose weight from backside,any tips would be good.

    I play gaa 3 times a week,plus a weights session,and a core session,im not huge but id like to be better toned.

    lunges then squats then more lunges then more straight leg deadlifts!

    You can't point burn fat. You lose weight proportionally.
