I wish! Barry Ryan is suspened (Rhys Meynell to deputise, don't think Connor was able to bring in cover in time but we'll see!). Injury doubts: O'Donnell and Sheppard, Derek O'Brien, King, Curran, Bobby Ryan...I'd take a point now!

    Derby day! :D

Gonna be a tough game tonight. If Muller and Stuey play CM, which I think they will, we'll stop their midfiled. Our defence has been class so far, so hopefully they can stop Twigg. Hopefully!

Fúck that's a lot out, still can't see Utd not winning, though.

You'd think UCD would be relatively easy, but knowing us we'll make a mess out of it..

Draw between Pats and Rovers pls.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

There's more than that. Some of the injured players will have to play.

    Suspensions: Barry Ryan.

Injury doubts: Derek O'Brien, Tom King, Stephen O'Donnell, Ciaran Foley, Gary Curran, Bobby Ryan, Karl Sheppard, Jason Molloy and Alan Murphy.

Molloy has a groin injury but Foley and more importantly Sheppard should be fit.

The singing section is at the end of that stand (sections F and G) and the rest is sitting so it's up to you.

I swear I read in one of the papers this week that the Pats game was on Setanta, didn't think to check anywhere else, turn on the tv at 7:30 and there's fookin WRC highlights on.

    Thank God there's online commentary

    2-0 Dundalk, Breen.
    Nice :)

Hard to believe shepard is only 19 5th goal of the season already

Second half underway at Richmond, Ryan Guy just went close. Still 1-0 to Rovers

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,178 ✭✭✭Bob the Seducer

Stewart's second, Rovers 2 - 0 up now. Suspicion of offside but the goal stands.

Edit: Three minutes to go - Pats pull 1 back

2nd Edit: Full Time - St Pats 1 Rovers 2

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,558 ✭✭✭✭dreamers75

Rovers played very well dominated the middle and forced us to hoof Murray won almost every header. Deserved the win prolly could have scored another. They brought on Twigg and Cahill and baker, we brought on Willams Doyle and Cash. We need more better players. Screamer of a free kick for our consolation.

I was sitting in the gantry and midway tru the 1st half both sets of fans were creating a seriously ****ing awesome athmosphere, €15 in for a cracking game of football and a superb atmosphere.

Two ex-reds scoring the goals in Galway.

Least we won 4-0 against the Mighty Mervue, all over them supposedly, didn't make it over because of poxy work.

Ok fair enough Doyle isn't up to much but we'd love to have options like Williams and Cash on the bench. Our bench is made up of A-team players. Only a matter of time before we get hurt badly by suspensions an injuries.

Man having them in the first team would be enough. Them 2 would take the piss in our league.

Indeed. 9 goals between them now in the league. Only 3 goals have come from other players.

And good job Rhys Meynell for deputising in goal - despite being a hoofball left-back!

Can we play all our games away from home please?

Don't get the easy dismissals of UCD myself. When they played us they didn't appear to offer much up front, but looked a decent side.

Looked good against us too. Very well organised and hard to break down but no cutting edge up front. I think they'll beat the drop.
Drogs were shocking on Friday night. We could have easily scored 6 or 7. Can't see them finishing any higher than second last.

tonights stupidly planned games, we all played on friday

    Limerick 19 : 45	Shelbourne
    Mervue United 19 : 45	Monaghan United

Christ sake, it's a bank holiday, would it not have made sense to play afternoon games to allow away fans to travel easier? Muppets!

Never easy in Limerick, heading down in a while but I'd take your hand off for a draw now.
