    So I'm hacking into the 5x5 strong lift program at the moment, but my gym does not have any 1.25 kg weights to add on.

    Any one know a cheep place to pick a couple up? South Dublin/North Wicklow

    Argos sell york weights fairly cheap but I guess it depends on the type of bar you are using.

    a good engineering supply shop will have very big washers look for anything with an inside diameter ID 50mm and ask the weight tell them the weight is important they should be able to sort you out
