    well lads,im looking for any advice on getting fitter,stronger etc.
    im planning on joining the army next year, so im looking for advice on building muscle and stamina.
    im 16,6 foot and 78kg. i have a basic fitness setup at home, a bench, a bar and a set of dumbells.
    my diet isnt great bit i cut down on snacks and started drinking lots of water.
    i have been using this setup for about a month and a half now.
    i noticed results after the first 2 weaks, where my push up count went from 5-6 to 15-20
    i was very pleased with my initial results but lately i havent increasd anything,push up, pull up count. i know i havent been doing this very long but im not sure to push any harder. should i invest in a gym membership and start taking supplements protien,creatien etc...
    any advice please??
