4 Week Goal for weightloss/fitness - Help please!

    Hi

I just joined a “Bikini Bootcamp” and will be doing it twice weekly for 4 weeks. It actually runs for 6 weeks but I’ll be going on holidays on the 5th week so will miss the last 2 weeks of it. I am currently 13st 11lbs and have lost a stone already but I’m just trying to bump up the weightloss for the last 4 weeks and I’m hoping the bootcamp will help with that.

My question is, what other exercise and how much do I need to do along with this to really see results? I have been doing Spinning twice a week since the start of January but I had started to Plateau a bit with that so might try something different or at least only do it once a week. If anyone has any suggestions of what I could do please let me know. I’d prefer to do cardio work, and something that would help build stamina so I can get the best out of my bootcamp classes.

One last question, doing this combined with healthy eating, would it be possible to drop a stone in 4 weeks?

    Thanks!

Go really really strict with your diet. Cut out the refined carbohydrates/sugar. Try and eat 3 times a day a decent amount of meat/fish/eggs with a side serving of (not potatoes) veggies and some fruit/nuts. If you find yourself hungry snack on some meat/fish/eggs or some veggies.

+ 1 on what columk said. keep the diet tight but make sure your gettin plenty of the good stuff that has been mentioned in the post above otherwise you'll crash and burn after your bootcamp sessions..

one thing though.. how long did it take you to lose the first stone?

The first stone maybe - not the second.

Few here would recommend such fast weight loss as it would involve an unhealthy level of starving coupled with your demand for increased cardio - you'll get sick.

1 to 1&1/2 lbs a week is the normal target.
The first stone is easier because it is half food and water.

if you attempt it then take pharmacy grade vitimam pills, tons of sleep and 100% clean & varied diet.
