Changing from one pill to another

    I am currently on the contraceptive pill Yasmin, but have been changed from it to another, Leonore, under recommendation from my doctor. However I do not know how to switch from one to the other. I am just finishing the final few days of my last pack of Yasmin, I don't know whether to begin taking the Leonore immediately with no 7 day break, or whether to begin the new pack following the 7 days off. Thanks.
